幼儿园校门进出制度
Kindergarten facility access policy

为了加强幼儿园管理，确保幼儿园的安全，特制订本制度，
希各位家长和来访者遵守：
In order to strengthen the kindergarten management and ensure
the safety of all children, the following rules must be observed by all
parents and visitors.

幼儿园每天开放时间为：上午8：00到9：30；下午15：30
到16：30，且此时间仅对本幼儿园孩子家长开放。 

Daily drop off period: from 8:00 am to 9:30 am.
Daily Pickup period: from 15:30 pm to 16:30 pm.

Only parents of enrolled children are permitted to enter the facility
during these two periods of open hours.

本幼儿园孩子家长在非开放时间前来探视，须预先与当班老师联系，
并在幼儿园门卫处办理进门登记。
Parents of enrolled children must first contact their child’s teacher
and sign in at the entrance (security desk) if visiting beyond open hours.

非本幼儿园孩子家长、其他来访者前来办理业务、参观、咨询等，
须预先与幼儿园有关部门取得联系，并在幼儿园门卫处办理进门登记。
Parents of non-enrolled children or other visitors must contact the
kindergarten management in advance to schedule an appointment
for visiting or business.

进入幼儿园人员，须遵守幼儿园的各项规章制度，
服从幼儿园工作人员安排。 为避免影响幼儿园工作，应尽量缩短逗留时间。
但可以在有幼儿园工作人员陪同的情况下进行参观。
All visitors should observe the kindergarten policies and obey
the directions of our staff. To avoid disruptions to the
children’s routines,please minimize your authorized visiting time.
All visitors should be accompanied by a staff member.

办理进门登记手续的家长以及来访者离开幼儿园应在门卫处办理出门登记。
People who have signed in at the front desk must sign out before leaving the facility.

每天下午16：50，各位家长在听到幼儿园的清场提示后，
应尽快离开幼儿园，以配合幼儿园的清场工作。
After 4:50 pm, all parents should leave the facility promptly so that cleanup activities can be performed.
