Dear parents,

Throughout the week (Nov. 17th -21st) Newton's head-chef has been baking freshly made cookies and pastry for the parent meetings taking place in the afternoon's. At Hui Xin campus we are fortunate to have a larger and more open kitchen that is made for children to observe. Allowing them to see all facets of daily life and the work that goes into preparing their meals.

If you pass the corridor on the ground-floor and look into the play-plaza you can often find him preparing pancakes, steamed buns, dumplings and other flour based foods in the morning when children arrive.
