In this fun harvest season,
We had a Pumpkin Party,
And made Autumn more colorful!
All kinds of fun and colorful pumpkin games were designed for our festive party! The mysterious and interesting Pumpkin Maze, made of cardboard, colored ropes, haystacks, and pumpkins, was challenging and full of surprises. Pumpkin wheel barrels dodged obstacles and transported pumpkins to the farm. Little round pumpkins were used as bowling balls to roll down the lane and see who could knock over the most pins. The Nursery children carried small baskets and looked for pumpkins hidden in the sand play area. Every corner of the campus was full of laughter and cheer.
Crafts are a big part of every holiday and celebration at kindergarten. Our K2 students made delicate pumpkins with pipe cleaners. Our K1 students worked together to make massive pumpkin murals full of pumpkins of all shapes and sizes. Lastly, our little ones made their own unique pumpkins. These creative crafts made our campus festive and full of color!
秋季是一个丰收的季节，也是南瓜的丰收季，当秋天遇上南瓜，会碰撞出一场多么美妙的味蕾体验呢？点心师和大厨叔叔的巧思巧作中，软糯香甜的南瓜带着独特的秋天的香气，变身为一道道营养丰富带着秋天的气息的美味：栗子南瓜挞、南瓜烤蛋奶、蒜香培根南瓜意面……还有大班孩子们自制的南瓜饼、南瓜小馒头，特色多样又美味的南瓜餐，不仅触动孩子们的味蕾，相信也将印入孩子们今后的每一个南瓜季的味蕾记忆。
Our Pre-nursery students not only celebrated their first Halloween at Newton but also went on their first-ever school outing. They went to our Newton Huixin Campus to participate in an exclusive Pre-nursery Fairy Tale Pumpkin Party!.
Our little pumpkins followed their teachers and went on a pumpkin scavenger hunt to find pumpkins hidden all over the campus. They found them everywhere from the sand pit to under the slide. They were full of curiosity as they skipped around campus to find pumpkins and then took the Newton train to a gourd-geous house where a little elf lived. When they arrived at the house they watched a live show about a little seed that grew up to become a pumpkin.
After the performance, they had a fall-tastic pumpkin feast! Every dish was wonderfully themed and full of creativity. It was so much fun to share this wonderful experience with their friends at the Huixin Campus.
With their bellies full of pumpkiny goodness, our little gourds took a photo in front of the magic pumpkin wall, and each took their turn to win a prize! We hope that this fun and unique experience will create ever-lasting memories for them!
This autumn, we had a pumpkin party jam-packed with games, crafts, meals, and a Fairy Tale journey full of adventure and recording our students' growth!
